Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

Key Duties:

Guide, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior staff.+
Prepare and review income tax returns for all entity types.
Finalize complex financial accounts with precision.
Provide expert tax advice on FBT, Div7A, CGT, GST, and more.
Engage in tax planning, forecasting, succession planning, and restructuring advice.
Collaborate closely with Partners to drive business success and foster innovative strategies.

Ideal Applicants (preferred, but not essential):

Proven experience in a Senior Accountant (2-3 years minimum experience) or Assistant Manager role.
CA/CPA qualification.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client communication.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staff while managing larger client accounts.
Excellent business acumen, communication, and creative thinking.
